PETITIONS!!!

In 4th N, we have been working with petitions, responsability, and thinking about ways in which we can actually improve our community. We shared our ideas, and we selected a couple of things we want to do. One of those, is a petition for a traffic light in Colectora and route 26. We uploaded the petition in a website called www.change.org

Chicago !!!!

Today we had our first hangout with 4th formers from a school in Chicago, USA- We introduced ourselves, asked them about their school, and shared what we are learning and investigating about Responsability- It was the first hangout of many more to come!

New Project, new challenges!

We are starting a new Project, RESPONSABILITY, and of course we are very serious about it-

You can share your thoughts here, and every situation in which you are being responsible - We will also start asking at home, to our family, about their Jobs and responsabilities-

Fair

In the Fair, 4th N did a guided visit to the visitors of all the steps of our porject ´Through my window´- We had guides and different points where the children explained what we did and how- It was a success! Here´s the video we also presented that day, with a summary of everything we did-

Once we had finished with the decoration of the tree, it was time to plant the flowers-

This is how we did it- It was a a lot of work and we had fun doing it- Congratulations to all 4th form for an excellent job done- To the garden !!!!!

´Through my Window´ part II

Decoration Time !!! 

After learning how to knit, and having knitted quite a lot, we were ready to decorate our tree, and step into part II of our Project ´Through  my Window´-

We can say that we are very proud of the result, but the most important thing, is that we are VERY proud of the process! Enjoy!

 

 

 

Seeds !!!

We take learning seriously, and when we study plants, we ARE plants!
Divided in groups, we turned into different parts of a plant, and we wrote and talked about ourselves- These are the seeds !!!

"Hello, I´m a seed- I´m like a lunch box with a baby plant inside- The parents plant pack the seed with food for the baby plant- Seeds pack much more energy than other parts of the plant-

How to plant a seed? First, put the seed in the soil- Then, put water on the soil, where the seed is- Next, wait a long time- Finally, I´m a beautiful plant!"
